Recipients or possible categories of recipients of personal data
To the minimum extent necessary to achieve each of the purposes, on one of the legal bases described above and based on applicable law and/or a contractual agreement with the Controller, we will communicate or may communicate the data to:
• Postal service management companies; consulting and IT, organizational, administrative, tax services companies, forwarders, insurance companies;
• Banks for managing collections and payments;
• Financial administrations and other companies or public entities in compliance with regulatory obligations;
• Law firms and legal studios for the protection of contractual rights.

Where and how we process your personal data
Your personal data will be processed within the European Union by electronic/manual means for which we have applied appropriate security measures and with the help of our collaborators duly authorized and trained for this purpose. In any case, it is understood that the Controller, if necessary, shall have the right to move servers even outside the EU. In such case, the Controller hereby ensures that the transfer of data outside the EU will take place in accordance with applicable legal provisions, for example through the adoption of the standard contractual clauses provided by the European Commission which ensure an adequate level of protection of personal data even outside the EU.
Data subject's rights
You, as data subject, have the right to request from the data controller:
1) Obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you are being processed and, if so, obtain access to the personal data and all information provided for in art. 15 of the GDPR;
2) Obtain the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you without undue delay. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, you have the right to obtain the completion of incomplete personal data, also by providing a supplementary statement;
3) Obtain the erasure of personal data concerning you without undue delay in the cases provided for in art. 17 of the GDPR; Obtain the restriction of processing when one of the cases provided for in art. 18 of the GDPR occurs;
4) Receive the personal data concerning you provided to the Controller in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format in the cases provided for in art. 20 of the GDPR;
5) Object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, as indicated in Article 21 of the GDPR. In this case, the Company will refrain from further processing the personal data unless there are compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.

Right to complain
